Growing up I had heard my dad refer to an avacado as ahuacate and though I assumed it was spanish, it was not, nor did I give much thought to the meaning of ahuacate. I think Hermes Neuticles would appreciate this NPR story.

We aim to document the lives of our two dogs. They were born November 14, 2005. We have never raised or trained dogs before. We are not crazy dog people, we simply think it would be an interesting challenge to see if we can raise two puppies into two well-behaved, happy dogs. Can we pull it off? Can we actually document it?

Like the Aztecs, I, too, think of the avocado as an aphrodisiac.
As for SK, I'll live. Baby G might not, however. She's really into them.

Actually now that you mention it, him too, though for those who don't know, he is actually dead.
